Delivery & Refund Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Beastmaker is very proud to have your business, and we will process your order promptly.
Please allow 3 business days for us to confirm your payment and carefully prepare your order for shipment.
We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days. However, this is not always possible and big, customised orders may take a few weeks to complete. Please be assured we will ship your order as soon as possible.
At the time of online purchase, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. You will receive a second email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
TERMS OF SHIPMENT
Beastmaker uses UPS as our preferred worldwide carrier, and UPS and Royal Mail for orders shipped within the British Isles.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Our prices include UK taxes for UK and EU customers. The importer (the person who buys goods from a foreign country) is responsible for the payment of import taxes and customs duties in their own country when ordering from outside the EU. Each country has its own regulations, so it is important to familiarise yourself with them. We have some country information here:
If you use a business address when you order, you might have to provide the tax information of the business to UPS/customs before the parcel is delivered. This will delay the delivery.
SHIPMENT DELIVERY TIMES
Please allow 3 business days for us to confirm your payment and carefully prepare your order for shipment. We then expect shipping to take anywhere between 24hrs and 10 working days depending on destination, product and time of order.
Again, we strive to ship all orders within 3 business days. However, this is not always possible due to the time required to process your payment, as well as the craftsmanship and quality inherent in all our products. Please be assured we will ship your order as soon as possible.
SHIPMENTS NOT RECEIVED / RECEIVED DAMAGED OR TAMPERED
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your shipment, the shipment is missing items, or if your shipment arrived damaged or tampered with in any way, please contact Beastmaker immediately with your order number. Include pictures of damaged / tampered product and / or packages, and any other relevant details. We will investigate and deal with the issue as soon as we can.
We will not be able to accept complaints about items damaged during the delivery after 2 weeks of the delivery date.
RETURNS
- All return and exchange requests must be made to Beastmaker within 30 days from date of purchase.

- All returned products must be in “like new” and “unused” condition in order to qualify for a replacement or refund.
- Any refund on returned product can only be processed via the same payment method as the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to complete from date of issuance.
- The return charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- For shipments returned to Beastmaker due to incorrect or missing address information (as provided by the customer), original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges to re-ship items will apply.
- For shipments refused by the recipient for any reason, or for shipments returned to Beastmaker for non-payment of Customs Duties and Taxes, product and shipping charges are non-refundable.
